As the Director of C&CL Capabilities, you will play a key role to lead and drive the implementation of Commercial, Customer & Channel capabilities, coordinate C&CL long and short terms processes in collaboration with the system cross-functional, access and analyze available C&CL dashboards, panels and insights to understand performances, recommend actions to facilitate informed decisions.
You will contribute to topline revenue (~$ 4 Bn) growth and weekly+ consumer (~25Mn in T3) recruitment targets. This will require you to be at the forefront of operating the networked organization & our bottling system with a present-focused, future-back mindset.
You will be part of OU C&CL leadership team, managing a team of 1 FTE whilst you are expected collaborate and inspire a much larger stakeholder set (OU & Franchise cross-functional teams, bottling partners, customers, global teams, ... ) through your advanced networking, leadership and influencing skills.

Main responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the long term (LRP) and short term (ABP) process for CCL and establish a strong collaboration with CCL pillars, system cross-functional teams and global C&CL community
- Implement C&CL Capability Development Roadmap, in line with LRP and in close collaboration with Commercial and Customer & Channel priorities/needs to drive the capability agenda in alignment with bottling partners' HQ.
- Assess, analyse all available C&CL data and insights (shoppers, customers, channels, commercial... ), monitor performances, define actionable insights for Commercial and Customer & Channel pillars.
- Drive C&CL processes and routines, establish & operate efficient C&CL operating and governance model to facilitate decision making and project management processes with global, system cross-functional teams and ensure timely & effective implementation of strategies.
- Develop talent, build team engagement, people capabilities, internal & external network and solid high performing talent pipeline.
- Key stakeholders: OU Commercial, OU Customer & Channels, OU Franchise Teams, Bottling Partners (HQ), Platform Services, Global C&CL Teams, Strategy, Finance, Marketing (insights-led) and global teams.

- Clear Articulation of C&CL Processes & RAPIDs
Output KPIs:
- Roll-out of developed C&CL Tools & Capabilities to OU, Franchises and Bottling Partners.
- Deliver C&CL insights to fuel LRP & ABP and mission critical projects.
- Automated Reporting (digital-led) of C&CL insights for the use of C&CL, Global, Franchise, Bottling Partner teams.
- C&CL integrated operating / governance model and decision-making processes.
Experience:
+10 yr experience in a commercial leadership role in FMCG / Retail / consultancy, preferable within Coca-Cola System Min. 3 years of team management experience with the proven ability to develop talent & drive high performing team culture. Highly developed strategic thinking and business analytics skills, combined with the ability to make complex business concepts understandable and compelling. Effective communication and influencing skills, with the ability to smoothly collaborate with multitude of system stakeholders. Strong networking & matrix management skills
