Job Summary

As ARTD Orchestrator Lead, you will orchestrate the ARTD category across markets, act as the primary commercial point of contact for the category, and lead global projects. You will align global and local priorities, represent the category in cross-functional forums, and drive consistency in commercial strategies and execution across the system.

Scope

  • Category Commercial Orchestration: Ensure end-to-end integration of the ARTD category strategy across markets and functions. Serve as the primary commercial interface for ARTD, aligning global, OU, and local market priorities.
  • Global Projects: Lead the design and rollout of global initiatives and toolkits, ensuring adoption and measurement across markets.
  • Capability Building: Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams, bottlers, and global stakeholders to build and scale capabilities, with focus on Ultrasegmentation and B2B Evolution.
  • City Centric Lead: Ensure implementation and continuous evolution of the City Centric ARTD strategy, delivering 360° market plans.
  • Channel Strategy & Market Studies: Define and orchestrate channel strategies across all trade environments, ensuring execution consistency and insights from channel studies.
  • Demand Generation: Lead demand generation initiatives across channels, driving category relevance and growth.
  • 3rd Spaces Lead: Transform 3rd Spaces into a key sales channel with ARTD leading the agenda. Focus on building capabilities in RTM and demand generation.

  • Strategic Influence: Shape the ARTD category agenda across global and regional forums.
  • Capability Development: Lead the implementation of key capabilities, leveraging the Coca-Cola System's scale to strengthen ARTD.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 7-9 years of experience in Commercial, Strategy, or RGM, preferably in global or regional roles.
  • Core Competencies:
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders across geographies, including bottlers.
  • Leadership in orchestrating cross-functional and cross-market initiatives.
  • Strong project management and disciplined execution.
  • Clear and effective communication with global, regional, and local stakeholders.
  • Proven track record leading cross-market/global projects and governance.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
