What You'll Do for Us

As a Laboratory Analyst, you'll empower us to deliver products of unmatched quality and ensure compliance with our standards and local regulations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting physical-chemical, microbiological, and sensory analysis of raw materials, intermediate products, finished goods, packaging, and the environment to meet operational excellence.
  • Implementing corrective actions and deviation reporting to ensure compliance with Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
  • Maintaining accuracy in inspections and analysis while interpreting and recording results in alignment with Coca-Cola's quality documentation and procedures.
  • Leading decision-making for shipment releases, process approvals, and material status assignments to ensure the delivery of safe and high-quality products.
  • Collaborating to define actions that support continuous improvement initiatives impacting key plant performance indicators.

What Qualifications You'll Need

We value your unique skills, background, and enthusiasm for success. To excel in this role, we're seeking professionals with the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Biotechnology or equivalent field.
  • At least one 2 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Technical knowledge in Quality Management Systems, microbiology, sensory analysis, and Good Laboratory Practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (user level).
  • Advaced oral and written English communication to support cross-functional collaboration.
  • Demonstrated competencies in responsibility, integrity, effective communication, decision-making, planning, adaptability, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Competencies such as stress tolerance, positive relationship development, and contribution to team success are highly valued.
