Key Responsibilities
As a Business Operations Intern, you will play a key role in supporting Coca-Cola's relationships with franchise partners, ensuring operational alignment, and driving commercial success across different territories.
- Assist in managing relationships with franchise bottlers and business partners.
- Support the implementation of franchise strategies to drive growth and market share.
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to optimize product distribution and marketing efforts.
- Collect and analyze business and market data to generate insights that support day-to-day franchise operations and performance tracking.
- Help develop training materials and programs for franchise teams to drive operational excellence.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance the franchise business model.
Requirements
- Educational background: An undergraduate student, pursuing a bachelor's degree, or master's student, completing a master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Right to work: Legal authorisation to work in the UK. No visa sponsorship is provided.
- Commitment: Must be available to start October 1st 2025 and commit to 36.25 hours/week for a 9-12 month internship.
- Language: Fluency in English (with strong verbal and written communication skills)
- Attributes: Enthusiasm towards Coca-Cola, its brands and its values. Curious, agile, creative and passionate about learning and making a true impact in a high-performance and diverse environment. Fluent in excel and data manipulation, including the use of pivot tables.
- Relationship skills: Being inclusive, team-oriented, and adept at building relationships.
- Relevant Knowledge: Basic understanding of franchise and business operations. Strong data and performance analytics capabilities, with strong data manipulation skills and high attention to detail with numbers. Analytical and good in stakeholder management.
