This leadership role is responsible for driving the growth strategy in the Danish market aligning Company & Bottlers towards the yearly growth plans and securing end-to-end market execution.

What You'll Do for Us:

  • Lead the Danish Franchise Operations with full end-end responsibility including setting, growth ambition, strategy development, portfolio management, RGM & commercial execution, internal & external stakeholder management.
  • Deliver Danish (incl. Iceland) Business Plan commitments - lead annual business planning together with the bottler (Carlsberg), manage ongoing business, decide on corrective actions to ensure results are delivered.
  • Deliver the commercial development agenda, focus on 'big wins' which offer transformational change to the financial performance of the system - RGM, BPPO, Shopper Marketing

  • Lead the Country Operations function leverage the multi-functional resources in the network
  • Clearly and consistently understand the anatomy of our business and the competition to provide execution support to Bottler senior management and strengthen KO-Bottler partnership with Carlsberg
  • Primary responsible for improving competitive position at the designated countries.
  • Responsible for P&L for the designated country/territory
  • Drives the execution of the strategic agenda integrating System partners and the network around a holistic strategy and plan
  • Governs system business routines (Performance weekly & quarterly, financial, Quality, CIF etc.) around key business indicators to assess evolution and adjust plans
  • Support external stakeholder management with representation of the company in Norway & Iceland where relevant.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 15 years of Business and/or functional experience in Operation/Strategy/Sales related areas
  • Proven trajectory as leader of leaders and influencing a senior leadership team
  • People manager with excellent leadership capability, able to work in a diverse cultural environment, highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels
  • Must have robust understanding of system dynamics, business strategy, portfolio management and end-end execution
  • Must be a master in the extraction of actionable commercial insights and development of competitive strategies and initiatives
  • Have solid risk management and contingency planning skills
  • Lead end to end alignment of country integrated execution plan process with Bottling partners
  • Capture and network best practices, import and export good ideas
  • Role model the 'Leadership in the Network' definition
  • Multiple top-level interactions with senior management team members of KO system
  • Strong negotiation, influence and communication skills to align strategies as well as build value-based relationships through numerous sensitive situations (typically with bottler) are essential
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams with non-hierarchical networks with strong collaboration and communication skills

10% of travel required
