Please note: This is not a Remote role and will require the individual to be based either in Shanghai, China or in Taguig, Philippines and follow a hybrid work schedule. This is an Individual Contributor role.

As an Advisor, Recruitment Operations, you'll manage the end-to-end delivery, implementation and execution of recruitment and new hire integration requirements, including interview scheduling, travel arrangements for candidates, preparation of offer letters and onboarding of candidates of the Operation Unit. Manage the end-to-end interview coordination processes for both internal and external candidates. The role will also handle the new hire logistics processes to ensure they have the documentation needed by Company and region's legal frameworks filled out and complete prior to start date.

What You'll Do for Us:

  • Develop the interview scheduling logistics, gather interviewers and candidate's availability, arrange travel for candidates, and integrate and distribute the final interview schedules and necessary materials.
  • Coordinate the development and distribution of interview materials for use by Interviewers and recruitment sources to ensure a means to identify, source, and attract talent to the Company.
  • Preparation of LOU, promotion, demotion and lateral letters, offer package and follow up on candidate's acceptance to prepare their enrolment with the company.
  • Initiates and coordinates the reference verification check process as needed.
  • Initiate the onboarding process for new hires and internal job change movements. Support Day 1 onboarding of new hires.
  • Assist in the implementation of employment arrangements to facilitate the global mobility of associates throughout the system to and from bottlers, joint ventures, and other operations.
  • Coordination of work permit/ visa processing with vendor for foreign national local hires and mobility transfers.
  • Collection, upload and storage of onboarding documents & signed letters in Workday and digital platforms (such as SharePoint).
  • Manages the raising of PR/PO in SAP for vendor placement fees of scope Organizational Units.
  • Support Management Trainee Program (As applicable).

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Human Resources
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment operations and processes
  • Experience working in a complex and matrixed global corporate recruiting environment is a plus
  • Background in multi-country experience gained in a shared services organization is a plus
  • Working knowledge in at least some of the following tools/systems: Workday, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, SAP and MS Office skills, especially Excel is a plus

Key Knowledge Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to conduct high quality telephone conversations and guidance with process participants, recruiters, managers/peers.
  • Knowledge of the global talent acquisition discipline around candidate sourcing, interviewing and selection methodologies to help ensure a positive, innovative and world class candidate experience.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems, processes, and interrelationships of data transfers (e.g., Workday, Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of information and procedures used to determine position requirements based on region and country legal frameworks.
  • Metric driven via the use of data analysis to self-assess, identify work gaps, opportunities and execute changes and solutions proactively.
  • Ability to build relationships in different countries/different cultures and conduct global world class processes while interacting with various Coca Cola teams under any possible scenarios and timelines.
