Boeing Defense, Space and Security is seeking a Mid-Level Systems Engineering Analyst in the Oklahoma City, OK in support of the USAF E-7A program. This position within the Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) organization will support development, management, and execution of processes associated FAA Airworthiness Certification and Conformity. The candidate will be a member of a dynamic and diverse Systems Engineering team in Oklahoma City. This Level 3 position is located in Oklahoma City.

Position Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To:
  • Coordinate with program leaders, design engineers, certification and conformity plan owners, ODA, and unit members to ensure certification projects are defined and executed to support program requirements
  • Provide support and coordination for certification and conformity plan development, certification and conformity deliverable submission, and certification project closure across all engineering IPTs to ensure performance to plan
  • Identifies and deploys tools to support data collection and reporting for certification and conformity activities
  • Works under minimal direction

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
  • 5+ years of experience in support engineering analysis

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to plan tasks and adhere to schedules
  • Knowledge of FAA conformity process
  • Knowledge of certification process
  • Knowledge of certification program lifecycle (certification planning, development, implementation, testing, analysis, compliance, phase/project closure)
  • Familiarity across multiple airplane IPTs

Typical Education/Experience:

Technical bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 3 or more years' or a PhD degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Summary pay range: $85,000 - $115,000
