The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager (Level K) to join our dynamic team in Hazelwood, MO; Huntsville, AL; Mesa, AZ; Philadelphia, PA; Seattle, WA; Berkeley, MO.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manages Procurement Analyst employees performing activities related to supplier performance analysis and improvement, training and supply-base management and optimization.
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
- Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
- Manages, develops and motivates employees.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Security Clearance & Export Control Requirements:
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience with Supply Chain Systems and Tools
- 3+ years of experience working with Data analytics
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years of experience with Supply Chain Planning
- 1+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
Travel:
Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Pay range: $102,000 - $147,200
