An exciting opportunity has become available to joinBoeingas a Staff Analyst based in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Successful candidate will collect and assemble data from multiple sources. Conduct research and assist with the evaluation of organizational issues. Support leadership in the strategic intent and directional focus of large facilitated meetings and events. Summarize and reviews documentation and develops informational or technical materials. Gather customer requirements for projects. Develop and maintains the project schedule, monitor and tracks execution of the plan. Work with the team to plan and execute employee-related activities and initiatives. Plan and coordinate group-level facility requirements, provide status reports as well as maintain and track training requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.
  • Compiles data from multiple sources and develops performance reports
  • Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.
  • Delivers informational or technical materials.
  • Initiates variance analyses and provides understanding of operational and financial performance to management
  • Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget.
  • Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.
  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.
  • Supports ad-hoc business function or BCA/BGS leadership requests for information, or other finance related activities.
  • Develops and maintains cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
  • 3+ years' of experience in working with cross-functional teams.
  • 3+ years' experience with developing plans and supporting employee related activities and initiatives.
  • 3+ years' experience with collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data from multiple sources, summarizes findings; develops conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.
  • 3+ years' of experience composting documents in Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree.
