The Training Solutions team is looking for a Simulator Project Manager to provide guidance and oversight of commercial simulator projects which range from Device Relocations, Upgrades and Modifications to new Device Acquisitions to join the team.

Role Responsibilities:
  • This involves Project Charter development, Statements of Work development, resource management and risk analysis and mitigation.
  • Acting as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
  • Leads others and directs all phases of assigned cross-organizational or business unit integrated project activities demonstrating proficiency in all project management areas in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry (e.g., Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK], ANSI/PMI 99-001-2004).
  • Ensures that all project control systems within the scope of the project are in place and works to improve simulator project management processes and business systems that support project decision makers.
  • Develops project schedule and plans including system analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training maintenance/modifications, support equipment and training device facilities requirements; establishes leads and executes test plans required for project objectives validation.
  • Provides in-depth analysis of project culminating with lessons learned and historical reports for incorporation into future project plans.

Required Education & Experience:
  • Strong organisational, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant and suitable qualification and relevant previous experience.
  • Strong project management and planning skills.
