Boeing Commercial Airplanes is hiring a Shipside Operations Specialist to support the 737 Team in Renton, Washington! In this role, the focus will be on assisting with activities across multiple functions to coordinate resolution of emergent issues in support of specific operations.

- Assists with activities across multiple functions to coordinate resolution of emergent issues in support of specific operations
- Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
- Provides limited feedback on assessment results
- Supports teammates in implementation of strategies and plans
- Works under general supervision
- Makes use of and applies job practices, techniques, standards, principles, and concepts
- Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity
- Refers to policies, procedures, and practices for guidance

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
- Ability to work any shift based on the needs of the operation
- 1+ years' experience working in operations analysis or operations research
- 1+ years' experience in root cause analysis and corrective action
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience
Typical Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay range: $62,050 -- $83,950
