Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Procurement Analyst (Level 4) to join our Supply Chain Functional Excellence team in Everett, Washington, Renton, Washington and/or Auburn, Washington!

In this role, you will be supporting the largest digital transformation implementation for Supply Chain of the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning transition to SAP/4Hana (System Application and Products) from the business perspective. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, and other key stakeholders to achieve a successful implementation.

Your experience with developing advanced ideas, identification of system process flow improvements, aptitude for data integrity solutions, and effective approach with productivity expansion concepts will be essential for supporting our Supply Chain Teams.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Knowledgeable of customer and supplier requirements to support program production schedule and airplane deliveries for planned versus unplanned demand.
  • Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance.
  • Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions.
  • Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements.
  • Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions.
  • Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues.
  • Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities.
  • Identifies and deploys supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies.
  • Implement and maintain process improvements and standard work, by analyzing and establishing best practices for Supply Chain to improve performance.
  • Perform data analysis to report actual results against Master Production Schedule.
  • recommendations and/ or implements solutions by completing value stream data analysis in support of programs, organizations, and multiple business units.
  • Progress advanced technological ideas and guides the development to completion to enhance the organization's capability.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
  • 3+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
  • 3+ years of experience with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products)
  • 3+ years of experience with working on multiple projects/programs of various size and complexity

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 1+ years implementing new supply chain systems with large teams
  • 5+ years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry
  • Must be able to travel domestically and internationally as required

Typical Education/Experience:

Summary pay range: (Senior - Level 4) - $108,000-$132,000
