Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) team is seeking a Senior Performance Data and Business Services Analyst (Level 4) to support the BDS Environment, Health and Safety priorities and operational excellence commitments. To be successful, this individual will possess strong communication, integration and data analysis skills. We are seeking a highly-adaptable professional who models Speak, Seek, and Listen habits and utilizes their skills and experiences to enhance the BDS organization while employee will be based out of Saint Louis, MO, El Segundo, CA, Mesa, AZ, Ridley Park, PA or Tukwila, WA.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Produces and shares data and charts for reports, briefings, and other documents for EHS Director, EHS Management and business partners
  • Utilizes processes and tools for EHS and business partner performance data requests
  • Maintains and updates safety reduction project data to monitor performance
  • Partners with leaders on short-term and long-range strategies, goals and objectives
  • Serves as team lead of BDS EHS Staff Analysts
  • Provides data integration and visualization
  • Acts as the EHS Indirect Procurement and Invoices Services Focal
  • Coordinates and performs specific pre-approved business services for EHS Director and/or Senior Managers
  • Manages file server, Share Point and computing account access
  • Drives collaboration across teams/functions and foster a problem-solving and continuous improvement culture
  • Builds trusted business partner, peer, and mentor relationships
  • Trains and coaches less experienced employees in analysis and project leadership skills
  • Ensures first time quality of executive materials/messaging
  • Tracking of non-Labor Budget per plan

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher, or an equivalent combination of education/experience
  • 3+ years' experience interfacing with and supporting senior and executive leadership
  • 3+ years of experience with PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and presentations
  • 3+ years of experience supporting production in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 5+ years of experience in creating executive level briefings
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Excel
  • 5+ experience analyzing metrics & developing improvement plans
  • 3+ years' experience in advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet organizational goals
  • 3+ years of experience in working with cross-functional teams
  • 3+ experience in Environment, Health and Safety
  • 3+ years of experience in communicating to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership

Typical Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
