Boeing Commercial Airplanes is hiring a Senior Delivery Center Quality System Specialist (Level 4) to help support the team in North Charleston, South Carolina on 1st Shift.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Leads Quality reviews of regulatory, program and customer requirements ensuring early quality involvement in process and program developments.
  • Engage and lead stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Lead the identification and execution of improvement activities aimed at enhancing the customer experience and increasing efficiency.
  • Leads multi-function, multi-site groups to develop company directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, customer, regulatory requirements, and working agreements are deployed.
  • Leads stakeholders in analysis of process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of complex problems and development and implementation of preventive or corrective actions.
  • Conducts research, compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics to continuously improve process capability.
  • Assists in the development of new standard processes and policies relating to customer experience and presentations.
  • Works under minimal direction.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at North Charleston, South Carolina.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 10+ years of experience working Aerospace, Fabrication and/or Manufacturing.
  • 5+ years of experience in collecting, reviewing and presenting data in support of Customer reviews
  • 3+ years of experience working with AS9100 and/or similar QMS standard
  • 3+ years of experience working with safety and quality processes and procedures

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 5+ years of experience in Quality.

Typical Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

This position is for 1st Shift.

Summary pay range: 100,300 - 135,700
