Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Business Operations Specialist (Level 5) to join the Fabrication Emergent Operations (EO) team based out of Everett, Washington.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Guides and facilitates the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies, and processes to meet business goals for authorization, such as sourcing strategy for commitment of work, cost imperatives and deploy impact analyses.
  • Provides coaching and guidance to less experienced personnel.
  • Utilizes the management systems and processes to provide status information on commitments and compliance to plan.
  • Leads the development and integration of projects, plans, and processes to support Boeing Fabrication and Airplane Program strategies and goals-including rate studies, build strategies, capital equipment, and other special projects.
  • Drafts and presents project status/business cases, and coordinates commitments and approvals from Fab and Airplane Programs executive leadership.
  • Coordinates and collaborates with cross-functional teams (such as manufacturing, technical experts, safety, quality, finance, facilities, etc.) to execute projects and identify opportunities while mitigating execution, financial, and schedule risks.
  • Develops, analyzes, and maintains adherence to approved integrated plans and schedules.
  • Develops and leads recovery plans where necessary.
  • Capital project management and execution.
  • Staffing and other resource (ex. tooling/equipment) long range business planning for EO Everett and EO Renton.
  • Candidate should be proactive, organized, able to prioritize work, and be able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Candidate should possess knowledge of project planning principles and techniques and be able to drive implementation.
  • Candidate will have to regularly provide reports outs and presentations to executive leadership.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, Washington.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience working with executives and leaders regarding strategic business goals and objectives
  • 5+ years of experience managing projects

Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $142,000.00 - $153,000.00
