Boeing Global Services is seeking a Renewal Specialist who will be responsible for planning, developing and analyzing sales renewal campaigns globally for Boeing Digital Aviation Services for both levels 3 & 4 This position will be instrumental in proactively preparing key renewal opportunities in conjunction with the Digital Aviation Portfolio Sales Team, Contracts and Sales Operations.

This is a hybrid position that allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Utilizes internal resources and tools to identify outstanding or upcoming contract renewal opportunities.
  • Builds and maintains reports to track all renewals within the specified region.
  • Develops process of best practices to identify, analyze and execute renewal opportunities.
  • Performs financial analysis of current solutions/pricing in production, versus fee schedules and works to develop a recommendation for Sales Directors that meets customer needs, maximizes company revenue and meets overall business objectives.
  • Partners with Sales Directors to develop strategy on approaching customers for renewal opportunities.
  • Develop strong relationships within Boeing with the aim to partner, engage, pursue, and renew existing customers.
  • Participate in customer negotiations, as needed by the Sales Director, to support renewal progress.
  • Reports renewal metrics and progress to leadership and regional leaders
  • Develops strategy on approaching renewals to ensure a successful renewal
  • Works with Customer Success Managers to identify any potential issues that may impact the renewal process.
  • Retains and increases the revenue by positioning multi-year renewal contracts and price increases
  • Achieves renewal objectives including quota, retention rate and other key performance indicators as determined by sales management
  • Gains and maintains a thorough understanding of the Boeing Digital Solutions portfolio
  • Generates new business leads, where appropriate, including cross-sell/upsell opportunities
  • Manages customer requests for contract amendments and cancelations
  • Works cross-functionally with the Sales Directors, Account Directors, Customer Success Managers, Contracts, Legal to develop a strategy for at-risk renewals

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of Sales or Marketing experience preferred
  • 3+ years of Contracting or negotiations experience preferred
  • Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • experience with SalesForce.com preferred

Typical Education/ Experience:

Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Relocation:

This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
