Introduction:

Boeing Commercial Aviation Services Europe Limited (BCASEL) is an EASA and UK CAA approved Maintenance Repair Organisation with approval to provide Line & Base Maintenance services on 737 NG/Max, 777 and 787 aircraft.

Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a Production Administrator to join our organisation. The Production Administrator will perform administrative functions and project work in support of the Base Maintenance Operation.

This role reports to the Maintenance Manager - Production and is based at the London Gatwick Hangar facility working a Monday to Friday shift pattern. A degree of flexibility is expected including a requirement to work additional hours including weekends if required.

Responsibilities:
  • Administration of production staff AMOS roster to control manning levels.
  • Administration of production staff return to work sickness forms.
  • Manage production staff competency database.
  • Manage production staff training database.
  • Review maintenance documentation for correct completion standards.
  • Maintain production staff locker, PPE and uniform records.
  • Upload handovers and other documents electronically to a shared folder.
  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
  • Preparation of daily and weekly reports as required by management.
  • Undertaking project work as required.
  • Develop and enhance existing processes and procedures in support of continuous improvement.

Basic Experience & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working in an aviation maintenance environment.
  • Good knowledge of commercial airline maintenance and engineering operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn in-house systems.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Meet the requirements to hold a London Gatwick Airport airside pass.
  • Candidates must have the right to live and work in theUnited Kingdom.

Work Authorisation:

This requisition is for a locally hired position in the United Kingdom. Candidates must have current legal authorisation to work immediately in the United Kingdom.
