The Boeing Global Services is currently looking for an Operations Coordinator (level B) to join our Product Repair Station in St. Charles, Illinois.

This role will focus on supporting repair operations on wheel and brake assemblies for BA/GA, commercial and military aircraft.

Position Responsibilities
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
  • Work closely with the operations lead, production lead and manager to oversee daily business and production operations.
  • Receives, prioritizes, processes and closes orders based on customer requirements.
  • Generates service quotes and purchase orders for customers, suppliers and vendors.
  • Monitor sales orders and supplier relations.
  • Tracking incoming and outgoing customer products.
  • Place inventory and supply orders as required.
  • Attending to any correspondence and emails from customers, suppliers and contractors.
  • Complete clerical and administrative tasks.
  • Completes special projects and other duties as assigned.

This is a safety-sensitive position and is subject to Department of Transportation (DOT) random drug and alcohol testing.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
  • Basic experience Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or GED and typically 1 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
  • SAP experience.
  • Inventory management.

High school diploma or GED and typically 1 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate St. Charles IL area or relocate at their own expense.

Shift:
