Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-Level Staff Analyst to support the Propulsion South Carolina (PSC) Manufacturing and Quality Team based out of North Charleston, SC.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Supports staffing and on-boarding
  • Orders equipment and supplies
  • Manages and organizes shared file space and other tasks needed to keep the teams operating efficiently
  • Collects and assembles data from multiple sources
  • Conducts research and assists with the evaluation of organizational issues
  • Supports leadership in the strategic intent and directional focus of large facilitated meetings and events
  • Summarizes and reviews documentation and develops informational or technical materials
  • Gathers customer requirements for projects
  • Develops and maintains the project schedule, monitors and tracks execution of the plan
  • Works with the team to plan and complete employee-related activities and initiatives
  • Plans and coordinates group-level facility requirements
  • Provides status reports
  • Maintains and tracks training requirements

  • This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at North Charleston, SC

    This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
    • 3+ years' experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders.
    • 3+ years' experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis, presenting data, using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery
    • 3+ years' experience using Microsoft Office applications

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
    • 6+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Experience with program management, project management and/or business operations
    • Experience in Information Management organization, management, storing and distributing information efficiently using a variety of systems
    • Experience leading projects in a cross-functional environment

    Typical Education/Experience:

    Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Relocation:

    Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

    Summary pay range: $73,950 - $100,050
