Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-Level Staff Analyst (Level 3) to support the Factory Field Skill Team based out of North Charleston, South Carolina.

This position will require frequent traveling in order to support Aviation school visits, military events and career fairs across the United States to recruit aviation talent.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives
  • Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan
  • Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings
  • Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources
  • Delivers informational or technical materials
  • Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options
  • Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events
  • Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget
  • Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.
  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements
  • Develops and deploys localized training content
  • Supports skill team New Employee Orientation (NEO) efforts
  • Supports recruiting and staffing pipelines including attending career fairs and school visits as necessary
  • Supports skill team plan to meet staffing requirements, hiring, surplus, redeployment, and mitigation of a reduction-in-force
  • Supports the implementation of action plans to respond to underutilized groups

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
  • 3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • 3+ years of experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders
  • Ability to travel domestically as needed

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years' experience analyzing and interpreting data sets

Typical Education/Experience:
Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $73,950 - $100,050
