Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking multiple Group Coordinators - Flight Line to support our team inNorth Charleston, South Carolina on variable shift!

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Minimum of 3 years' experience with Field Operations/Aircraft Systems/LOTO
- Minimum of 3 years' experience within aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in advising and influencing others to meet quality and safety
requirements or resolve technical or operational problems - Minimum of 3 years' experience with Systematic Problem Solving and Standardized Work
- Must be able to work any shift assigned
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Minimum of 3 years' experience with Boeing Production System (BPS) concepts
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a team environment
- Team Leadership (Formal/Informal) experience
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+2 years' related work, Bachelor, etc.).

Summary pay range: $59,220 - $60,480
