Boeing Singapore is looking for a Global Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Intern to be based in our Singapore office. As an intern at Boeing, you'll gain hands-on experience, learn from experts, and collaborate with teams that do truly amazing things.

Being a Diversity and Inclusion Intern at Boeing, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support the development and implementation of strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organization. This hands-on internship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic industry while making a meaningful impact on our diversity and inclusion efforts.

Over the course of our 3/6-months internship experience you will have the opportunity to:
  • Work directly with a mentor in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion while supporting initiatives that will drive real impact
  • Interact directly with a variety of stakeholders and leaders across functions
  • Build a lasting professional network across the organization in the region and globally
  • Gain the skills and knowledge to become an inclusive leader

Join us as we build the future. The intern will:
  • Assist and support the Global Equity Diversity & Inclusion leads in the delivery of the strategy and approach across Boeing Global.
  • Monitor, test, and update tracking and communication tools per direction.
  • Under direct supervision and guidance, provides necessary information to management on key diversity and inclusion requirements, goals, etc.
  • Assists in the coordination of diversity recruitment efforts and coordinating community and company diversity activities.
  • Contributes to the development and implementation of local diversity plans.
  • Assists in conducting Cultural Diversity events and developing supporting material.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
  • Ability to work full-time for 3/6 months during the calendar year
  • Studying a course in a social science
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to discuss ideas and concepts with stakeholders of all levels.
  • To have forward thinking mind-set and self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Exceptional organizational and collaboration skills as demonstrated through leadership positions on teams and/or in student or civic organizations
  • Exceptional communication skills and interest and enthusiasm related to engineering, aerospace and a career with Boeing

Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

  • Benefits and pay are determined in line with Singapore labor market practices. This is not an expat assignment.
