The Boeing Global Services, Training Solutions, CBTA Deployment team is looking for a CBTA Instructor Evaluator to provide guidance and oversight of customer airline competency-based training & assessment (CBTA) implementation across a range of global airlines.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Oversees the review and evaluation of customer pilot training needs to determine appropriate competency-based training content, objectives and design.
  • Oversees activities in the development, delivery and evaluation of competency-based training & assessment (CBTA). Evaluates current airline training concepts, techniques, and processes and provides gap analysis to the Boeing CBTA program
  • Gathers data & provides detailed reports to support complete airline CBTA proposal development activities.
  • Evaluates accuracy and quality of airline training delivery. Presents proposals to customer. Consults with others regarding airline CBTA program.

Required Education & Experience:
  • Degree level in relevant discipline or have or held ATPL with Boeing aircraft type experience
  • Extensive pilot instructional background (TRI/TRE) (greater than 3 years)
  • Proven track record of successful delivery of complex projects across a variety of areas; ideally within the commercial airline training sector.
