The Opportunity
Reporting to the Financial Controller we are seeking a K Level Manager to join our team leading the Financial Accounting function. We're looking for a "can-do" self-starter, who enjoys working in a diverse team.

The role holds a breadth of leadership and technical responsibilities across Accounting, Audit, Treasury, Payroll, Finance systems, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
This opportunity is a Parental Leave coverage assignment through to 30 June 2023.
Responsibilities
- Leadership for a team of 15 direct reports
- Coordination and delivery of audited Financial Statements for the Boeing Australia group
- Cash flow, Exchange risk and Treasury management
- Maintain an effective internal control framework with appropriate segregation
- Boeing Australia entity payroll
- Finance system stability and automation improvements
- Relevant Business degree
- Post graduate Professional membership with CPA / CAANZ or equivalent
- Displayed leadership skills and management techniques
- Ability to deliver on-time with experience in monthly and annual entity level financial system close process
- Coordination and preparation of multi-company financial statement consolidation and audit
- Financial policy and process definition
- Australia and Asia Pacific payroll with awareness of both federal and state compliance
- Deliver financial services within an entity across functional and international boundaries
- Change management and business process automation experience desirable
- Competent user with enhanced Excel skills and other Microsoft Office applications
- Applicants must be Australian Citizens and the ability to obtain a Defence security clearance would be required
