Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic team in Berkeley, Missouri.

The F-15 Supply Chain Business (SCB) Team is actively seeking an individual to help support the rate ramp up of F-15 and strategic shortage mitigation efforts. This role will include facilitation of common process development across multiple sites considering customer requirements while identifying and leveraging best practices with an eye towards our new digital environment. Position requires strong knowledge of material tracking and theories along with experience of practical application in a production environment. Role will include extensive customer support with problem analysis and resolution. Applicant should have the ability to operate without direct supervision, to serve as organizational spokesperson and be comfortable facilitating large group of people.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Defines, designs, plans and deploys internal/external projects.
  • Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicators.
  • Extracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan.
  • Develops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goals.
  • Supports the development and implementation of strategies.
  • Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows.
  • Assesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholders.
  • Develops risk mitigation plan.

This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position is for 1st shift.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • More than 3 years of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes
  • More than 3 years of experience with Excel, Access, or other database management
  • More than 3 years of experience preparing reports in support of data analysis

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • More than 3 years of experience supporting deliverables for both internal and external customers

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically 6 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Summary pay range: $76,500 - $94,500
