The Boeing Company's has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Workday Analyst - Human Capital Management (HCM) to join our Human Resources (HR) Systems and Services organization.

The ideal applicant for this role will have previous experience with Workday implementation and post implementation optimization, as well as, have a sound understanding of HR processes and operational framework.

The selected candidate will possess a mindset aligned with User-Centered Design or Human-Centered Design while skillfully empathizing with users and formulating problem statements that cater to the diverse needs of our employee personas. Within our DevOps model, the Workday HCM Configuration Lead must demonstrate a strong understanding of DevOps principles and the ability to dismantle organizational silos.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Perform activities to support ongoing maintenance and pick up new functionality within Workday
  • Gather data on customer needs to identify product opportunities
  • Assist with business cases
  • Support business and functional requirements for product improvements based on customer requests
  • Gather details and prototyping for product demonstrations
  • Prioritize short-, medium- and long-term design and execution challenges
  • Support Workday HCM team to help with prototyping, configuration, testing, and ongoing work in the system

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience working with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • 3+ years of experience in Requirements Management
  • 3+ years of experience with requirements based testing
  • 3+ years of experience with the Workday HR Management System

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Certifications in Workday (Implementation or Pro) modules within Human Resources function (HCM Core, Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Management, Integrations, Learning)
  • 3+ years of experience in a role that required Project Management skills
  • Experience developing and implementing process improvements
  • Experience in design thinking, user centered design, human centered design

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Summary pay range: $95,200 - $147,200
