Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced Field Service Representative to join the T-45 team in Kingsville, Texas.
In this role the selected candidate provides technical field support of T-45 company products. Guides and assists customer with troubleshooting procedures for T-45.

Position Responsibilities:
- Provides Field Service Support for T-45 aircraft.
- Interprets technical documents and monitors product performance.
- Provide drawings and schematics to organizational level and depot level personnel.
- Leads technical field support of company products.
- Performs troubleshooting procedures for multiple systems and specialty coverage.
- Resolves maintenance and operational issues.
- Monitors product performance and makes recommendations for resolution of potential issues.
- Analyzes technical data and evaluates maintenance procedures.
- Develops and conducts ad hoc training.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Kingsville, TX.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience interpreting aircraft engineering drawings, schematics & technical publications
- 5+ years of performing maintenance and troubleshooting procedures on T-45 aircraft. To include, fuel systems, structure systems and electrical systems.
- At the sole discretion of leadership, must be willing and able (on potentially short notice) to deploy/travel to a variety of locations (domestic and international) and for a variety of deployment durations to meet customer needs and the statement of work. Unless compelling reasons exist, failure to deploy/travel will be considered as a resignation.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Full-aircraft expertise for troubleshooting and maintenance is preferred.
Typical Education/ Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years of related work experience, 10 years of related work experience, etc.).

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $74,800 - $101,200.
