Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Experienced Compliance Analyst (Lean Practitioner) to support the Fulfillment Group. This role will support 747 767 777 programs and is based out of Everett or Renton, WA.

In this role, you will develop into a Lean Manufacturing Subject Matter Expert (SME), responsible for leading, coaching, and teaching employees to continue strengthening Lean Manufacturing principles.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Instructs others in continuous improvement tools and principles.
  • Assists in formatting updated training materials.
  • Leads and facilitates (Lean tool certified) process improvement efforts.
  • Supports advanced continuous improvement tool application.
  • Participates in strategy development.
  • Conducts Beta tests on new tools.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools in the workplace.
  • 3+ years of experience with project management techniques.
  • 3+ years of experience in implementing continuous process improvement, lean processes, and employee involvement and engagement strategies in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working in a team environment.
  • Ability to work 2nd shift, as required by this position.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Applications: Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in Leadership.

Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master + 4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range: $89,250 - $115,100
