The Boeing Company is looking for Customer Marketing Specialists (Senior or Expert) to join the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Services (BGS) Regional Marketing team in Renton, WA.
In this role you will work as part of the selling team, organized by region, to grow BGS Commercial global market share. A qualified candidate in this role will help lead cross-functional technical and marketing teams across BGS Commercial organizations to identify, develop, and effectively present Boeing Global Commercial Services solutions that best meet the operational needs with associated value analysis to customer executives/decision makers.

Today, there are more than 10,000 Boeing commercial jetliners in service around the world. We're partnering with their operators and flight crews to help them fly farther on less fuel and reduce noise and emissions, all while keeping passengers comfortable and operations profitable.
Position Responsibilities:
- Development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy based on Customer needs to capture high value service business for Boeing through the Selling process.
- Develops and implements marketing campaigns in support of an airline's operational needs.
- Establishes consultative relationships with key decision makers and influencers to determine customer needs and for long-term interaction on Boeing offers and proposals.
- Helps lead cross-functional technical and marketing teams to develop and present services customer solutions.
- Partners with teammates to lead and participate in the development of account and market strategies.
- Conducts evaluation of the fit and value of the Boeing services solutions for presentation and discussion with airlines, leasing companies and other partners.
- Helps direct the creation of high-quality, persuasive sales materials that build preference for Boeing products and services with customers.
- Interacts with product development process by communicating and evaluating requirements for product changes and new products.
This position allows some telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform most work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3 or more years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership.
- 3 or more years of experience in the aviation industry within sales, marketing or a technical function.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Experience in a team environment.
- Team Leadership (Formal/Informal) experience.
- Knowledge of the Boeing Global Services (BGS) portfolio
Typical Education/Experience:
Senior: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.).
Expert: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master+12 years' related work experience, 18 years' related work experience, etc.).
