The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Specialist to support the Contracts Manager and sit within the broader Commercial team, which supports our LAND 2072 Phase 2B Battlespace Communications System program. The role is based in Brisbane.

Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondence in relation to contracts, agreements, variations and quotations;
- Complete administrative tasks in relation to contracts, agreements, variations and quotations;
- Compile data to meet reporting requirements;
- Draft contracts, agreements, variations and quotations and related approval documentation; and
- Co-ordinate internal reviews and obtain or provide approvals in relation to contracts, agreements, variations and quotations in accordance with Boeing Defence Australia policy and processes.
- Procurement & contracting and contract administration or contract management experience.
- Formal qualifications in a related discipline, such as Law, Accounting or Business Management.
- Knowledge and experience with the Australian Standard Defence Contracting (ASDEFCON) suite of templates is highly desirable
