This is an individual contributor position in a growing global organization. The individual will partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to expand our service delivery model while ensuring service delivery excellence to all business partners.

The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment. He or she must be flexible to accommodate business requirements that span multiple time zones and may require travel, having international experience working with diverse groups and cultures will be an added advantage. The candidate also will have strong communications skills. He or she must be able to maintain positive relationships with leadership and all levels of the organization. This role is hybrid, with the requirement to come to the office as required.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Due diligence review of candidate suppliers, following onboarding processes, supporting new suppliers in navigating the onboarding process.
  • Executes procurement activities including RFQ issuance, tracking, receipt, analysis and recording of responses to the ERP system and other supporting applications and tools.
  • Supports the sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.
  • Assists with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply. Gathers and records data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities.
  • Supports identification and management of risks, issues and opportunities. Presents supplier and order book status to team, across functions and to programme leadership.
  • Analytical skills, adaptability and prioritisation of changing requirements.
  • Effective planning, anticipation of important or critical events, including deadlines and personal performance expectations.
  • High attention to detail and consistent track record to lead multiple, contending priorities simultaneously.
  • Commitment to first time quality, demonstrating a commitment to the mission and motivation to achieve common objectives.
  • Promotes positive working culture; interpersonal skills and customer focus are crucial to be successful in the role.

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

The successful candidate will need to be adaptable and a creative problem solver with the ability to liaise and work alongside a number of functional subject areas to help develop and form the strategic supply chain approach to support the programme.

High attention to detail and consistent track record to lead multiple, contending priorities simultaneously.
