Boeing Ukraine Engineering & Technology Center is seeking an Avionics Design Engineer.
Profile Description
- Develops System Requirements to establish system design and manage requirements in DOORS
- Works with cross-functional teams to define, document and manage system interfaces (I/O)
- Models system architecture and behavior using SysML language
- Authors Test Procedure and perform design verification activities, documents and resolves technical issues during testing and integration
- Develops system design documentation
Basic Qualifications:
- 1 or more years' of experience in development of Aircraft Avionics
- Bachelor degree in Engineering is a must
- Scripting experience in Python, Matlab.
- Experience and familiarity with Simulink.
- English: Intermediate level or higher
- Existing authorization to work in Ukraine
Preferred Qualifications:
- Curious; proactive approach to learning and development with a passion for systems engineering, aerospace and aviation
- Experience and familiarity with SysML
- Experience and familiarity with ARINC 429 data transfer standard
- Familiarity with product verification methods
- Understanding of product safety
Relocation:
This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Ph.D., Master+3 years' related work experience).
