Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Supply Chain Management Analyst to join our dynamic receiving and warehousing team in Bridgeton, Missouri.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Applies change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions.
  • Applies Supply chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the supply chain.
  • Coordinates with company customer support representatives, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, suppliers and customers.
  • Incorporates Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into a production plan.
  • Coordinates part number attributes.
  • Verifies the released engineering BOM has been correctly implemented in the material planning system.
  • Releases and maintains orders.
  • Documents and resolves order delinquencies.
  • Reports schedule adherence issues.
  • Applies developed solutions to inventory plans.
  • Analyzes and dispositions excess and obsolete inventories.
  • Creates schedules for products and services.
  • Coordinates and supports process improvements.
  • Works under general supervision.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position is for 1st shift.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • More than 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, shipping or customer service environment
  • More than 1 year of experience working in a position where priorities changed frequently and Customer Service was critical to the team's success
  • More than 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience in Material Requirements Planning.
  • More than 1 year of experience in Production Control and Material Management processes
  • More than 1 year of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications and Product)
  • Experience in Supply Chain and/or Inventory Management

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically 3 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.

Summary pay range: $62,050 - $76,650
