At AES, power is generated through the use of fossil and renewable energy sources. These resources include gas and coal power plants in California, Indianapolis, and Dayton, OH. Renewable Energy facilitiees include solar, wind, hydro and battery storage across the United States in multiple locations. As a member of the Geenration team you will operate power plants, including the planning, maintenance and improvement of systems and equipment. Monitors and maintains the safe, reliable and efficient operation of power plants. Repairs and maintains utilities systems and equipment, including field service operations.

We will consider you to positions such as (all levels): Wind Technician; Solar Technician; Battery Storage Technician, Hydro Plant O&M; Renewables Control Room; Renewable Site Manager, Coal and Gas Operations, Conventional Electrical Maintenance, amongst others.
Most of these are Full Time Positions and require to be on site. Technicians are required to have a GED or High School Diploma, and a valid US driver's license. For management, have expertise leading diverse teams and adhering to safety standards.
