Tenaska

HR Business Partner

Omaha, NE

Tenaska is looking for an "A" player to join our Human Resources Capability (HRC) team in a Business Partner role. Our Business Partners are responsible for owning the human resource needs of one to two business groups (depending on the group's number of employees). This approach allows the Business Partner to not only become intimately familiar with the business group and its employees but also have the ability to be a complete solutions provider, as opposed to the business group relying on a centralized HR function for solutions and service delivery. While this role has tactical elements, in essence it is strategic, working to drive the success and growth of the company through acquiring and optimizing our company's most important asset, its people.
