  • Collaborate across departments to manage budgets and resource allocation efficiently
  • Lead teams through data-driven strategies, cultivating a culture of ownership and excellence
  • Drive quality policies to reduce defects and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Empower Department Managers, ensure cross-functional coordination, and set performance standards
  • Recruit, train, and develop associates, upholding safety and norms
  • Promote transparent communication for quality, safety, and personal growth
