Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Product Pricing Teams determine the price of new and existing products by evaluating cost, marketplace, competitor data, economic conditions, volume, and quality of the product, as well as market positioning.
What your background should look like:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or Economics
- Pricing experience preferable
- Initiates action to achieve goals beyond what is required.
- Experience in pricing products in different life cycle stages.
- Experience in pricing new products and customer pricing analytics.
- Self-motivated, ability to proactively drive business improvements, willingness to adopt new pricing tools and initiate and/or accept changes.
- Able to work with global cross-functional team efforts focused on process implementation & execution.
- Working knowledge of TE Operational Advantage/Continuous Improvement Tools
- Strong PC abilities: expert Microsoft Office and a working knowledge of database and spreadsheet applications is required.
- Experience with SAP and Advanced Pricing Software is also a plus.
- 5+Years of applicable experience
