Job Overview

Marketing in the ICT BU has made significant progress in becoming a strategic partner for growth. It has gone through tremendous changes in its approach and organization. Much of the work has been foundational including developing skills of the team, developing campaigns tied to growth objectives, improving our product marketing process. However, even with momentum building and quantifiable results, work needs to continue for global consistency, change management, and seamlessly integrated go-to-market practices.

The Integrated Marketing Analyst will work closely with Sales, Product Management and global marketing colleagues to implement and measure strategic marketing tactics, campaigns, events and product promotions that help to drive business results through incremental leads and improved sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate customer demand and loyalty by developing, deploying and measuring the results of clear and compelling product marketing programs for both new product introductions (NPIs), legacy product promotions and technology solutions.
• Ensuring all market-facing communications deliver clear, compelling, differentiated messages that drive customer engagement and response
• Communicate with Product Managers on key product development and updates to develop an effective go-to-market strategy
• Communicate with Sales Team to identify market trends and the competitive landscape
• Create, implement and measure the impact of integrated marketing campaigns leveraging all marketing channels - advertising, public relations, digital / social media, collateral and events
• Manage product launches and account capture marketing plans through marketing automation technologies such as Salesforce.com and Eloqua
• Provide support and strategic input for company events including trade shows, exhibitions, webinars, customer events and internal company events
• Defining, measuring and reporting on the return of all demand marketing activities and investments
• Managing assigned budget in line with plan

What your background should look like:

• Experience in B2B marketing including creative agency management, messaging and value proposition development
• Experience in campaign and product marketing, branding, digital and partner development
• Experience with creating and managing project plans for various marketing and event activities
• Technical writing experience, with an emphasis on translating complex technical information into clear and concise value propositions
• Project management skills including managing multiple, complex projects simultaneously
• PowerPoint, Excel proficiency
• Strong communication skills
• Self-starter, entrepreneurial in nature, fearless as to any marketing challenge
• Able to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Able to collaborate with marketing colleagues and peers around the world
• Proven ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree
• Analytical competency and ability to work with data
