Department Overview
The TD Securities Colleague Experience team develops, leads, and executes initiatives and strategies to support TD Securities colleagues in realizing the colleague value proposition. About this Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Colleague Experience, you will support the design, delivery, and oversight of inclusion-related programs and initiatives across TD Securities. This role is focused on advancing colleague experience with a particular emphasis on projects that strengthen inclusion, belonging, and cultural engagement. You will partner with the broader Marketing and Colleague Experience team, HR, as well as business leads from the Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to plan, implement, and monitor impactful programs.
The role will manage projects with moderate complexity and scope, leveraging best practices to ensure initiatives drive meaningful outcomes for our colleagues and organization.
What You'll Do
- Act as a key point of contact for the development, coordination, and delivery of inclusion-focused colleague experience initiatives.
- Support Corporate HR, ERGs and inclusion groups in designing annual plans, tracking progress, and integrating initiatives into an aligned colleague program calendar.
- Provide consultative support and guidance to business stakeholders on inclusion-related programming, employee lifecycle enhancements, and cultural engagement activities.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with internal and external partners to deliver impactful projects, campaigns, and events.
- Track and report program deliverables, using data and metrics to assess effectiveness, highlight progress, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor external trends, networks, and best practices to inform and evolve TD Securities' inclusion strategies.
- Partner with Marketing and Colleague Experience team, and HR to develop communication and engagement plans that promote colleague participation and awareness of inclusion initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise policy, brand compliance, and regulatory requirements in all program activities.
- Act as an ambassador for TD Securities' culture of inclusion, representing the team in both internal and external settings.

What You Bring
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in colleague experience, diversity & inclusion, employee engagement, or related program/project management.
- Strong understanding of program design and execution, with knowledge of inclusion and diversity practices considered an asset.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate initiatives against strategic goals and to deliver to timelines.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with proven ability to partner effectively across functions, regions, and stakeholder groups.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data and metrics to measure program success and inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal-with the ability to influence, present, and engage colleagues at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and adapting to change.
- Familiarity with the financial services or capital markets business is an asset.
