The TD Securities (TDS) Data, Delivery and Integration (DDI) mandate is to deliver on initiatives that enable strategic business growth and compliance with global regulatory/industry landscape in an efficient manner while managing the associated risks.

• Facilitate requirements discussions across stakeholder groups and create testing plan/strategies around confirming data transformations and flow as well as accuracy of metric outputs.
• Formulate recommendations regarding delivery/implementation approach after consultation with key stakeholder groups on estimated effort, resource availability, cross-program dependencies, and other implementation constraints.
• Develop a strong working relationship with technology partners, communicate effectively with developers on implementations.
• Coordinate and drive testing where appropriate to ensure operational readiness.
• Summarize and communicate complex problems in an effective manner to senior management.
• Provide timely and effective communication on project status, risks, issues, analyses/findings to Project Delivery lead and to various senior-level stakeholders.
• Identify and proactively manage cross-stakeholder group interdependencies.
• Assist with stream resource planning (including financial plans) to support project tracking and governance requirements.

• Familiarity with market risk, credit and valuation concepts, technology infrastructure, and/or VaR/stress/capital methodologies obtained through previous experience in a capital markets function.
• Superior organizational skills, including ability to employ systematic approach for identifying and tracking dependencies, ensuring proper resolution of outstanding items, and structuring efficient stakeholder meetings/discussions.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), including ability to clearly communicate complex financial concepts, obtain required clarifications as necessary when discussing requirements.
• formulate concise and impactful recommendations.
• Ability to operate in an unstructured environment and demonstrated ability to consistently apply expert judgment with available information when proposing solutions/recommendations.
• Advanced data manipulation skills - ability to investigate and derive findings/conclusions from large data sets.
• Knowledge of project delivery methodologies (including Project Delivery Life Cycle and TD Agile) an asset.
• Familiarity with Python, JSON, APIs is an asset.

• University or graduate degree in mathematics, finance, or related field
• Strong academic foundation in mathematics / financial mathematics, statistics, finance or computer science.
• CFA or FRM designation an asset.
