About the Program

The Enterprise Finance Early Talent Programs team supports the various Early Talent programs in Finance including Internship / co-op programs, Finance and Accounting (CPA) program, and the Treasury and Balance Sheet Management (Graduate) program. The team interlocks with leaders across Finance, Treasury, and HR to recruit, develop, train, and retain strong Finance professionals. Our vision is to cement the brand of Finance at TD as world class financial experts who enable better business outcomes with key focus on providing strategic advice to business partners, fostering a rewarding colleague experience and championing for innovation & change.

About the Role

The Finance Early Talent Program Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting and executing the operational, marketing, and recruitment initiatives for the Finance Early Talent Programs. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Finance Early Talent Program and Business Productivity & Innovation, the Finance Early Talent Program Coordinator ensures a seamless experience for candidates and colleagues, acting as a liaison between internal stakeholders, university partners, and HR. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about talent development and campus engagement, with the proven ability to balance multiple competing tasks and priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Operational and execution support for Finance Early Talent Programs (Internship Program, CPA Program, Graduate Program) from recruitment to hiring, onboarding, integration and conversion
  • Supporting the recruitment and internal programming calendar across all 3 programs
  • Expanding outreach campaigns to diverse talent pools both on campus and online i.e. LinkedIn, career site, internal & external platforms
  • Supporting Business productivity & Innovation initiatives, as needed (identifying and implementing process improvements and optimizations for Finance partners)

Job Requirements

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Finance or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in campus recruitment, HR coordination, program administration, or event management (preferred)
  • CPA designation or familiarity with CPA, preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to balance multiple competing tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Creative mindset with an eye for branding and program promotion
  • Willingness and ability to travel to campus events as required to engage with prospective candidates and attract top talent
