Job Description:

DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW

The Enterprise Executive Talent Acquisition team is responsible for strategy, development and execution of executive level, niche search assignments. Our team acts as an internal client liaison to TD's leadership and manages the end-to-end relationship including search scoping, research, sourcing, through to hire and onboarding. We are global TD brand advocates, and continually build relationships with candidates internally and externally to ensure a robust future talent pool and candidate referrals.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Your primary role will be focused on Onboarding new to the bank Executives and generating comprehensive reports. You will be building and maintaining dashboards that support the strategic initiative of the Executive TA team. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of HR professionals delivering a best-in-class top talent acquisition experience, sourcing, assessing & securing top talent for executive roles across the enterprise. Your role and perspective as a Coordinator will help shape the experience for both internal and external candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Responsible for extensive Exec TA data & insights reporting tasks on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Facilitate onboarding for all new hires. Provide coordination and logistics support to executive recruiters, hiring managers, HRBPs, EAs, internal and external executive candidates
  • Support other recruitment initiatives as required (i.e., vendor invoicing, data archiving, updating process maps etc.)
  • You will lead concierge support for senior executive candidates who will be visiting Senior TD executives for interviews in Toronto

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with managing large sets of data and various dashboard management
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • College, University or post-graduate degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Experience in an administrative or customer support role is helpful
  • Strong computer skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially MS Excel)
  • Excellent client service, communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Highly developed critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated team player with ability to work independently and solution 'in the grey'

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
  • Experience in data, insights and reporting
  • Experience with Workday Recruit
  • Experience in executive candidate concierge activities
