Our team is part of TD's Analytics, Insights and Artificial Intelligence (AI2) supporting the Marketing function as the central hub for internal and external digital insights and data analytics that power both corporate and business-unit strategies across TD Bank Financial Group Canada.

We are a team of high-performing, multidisciplinary experts spanning digital analytics, website analytics, big data, cloud infrastructure, end-to-end measurement, market research, business analytics, data science and modeling, business intelligence, data strategy and governance, and advanced visualization. Job Description

As part of the central marketing analytics function, your role will be to deliver high-quality, innovative, and actionable insights that enhance customer value and drive business performance. Supporting all consumer-facing TD lines of business, you will play a strategic role in shaping TD's enterprise marketing measurement strategy, ensuring the bank remains an industry leader in analytics excellence.

Your mission is to use data science, causal inference, and statistical methodologies to understand customer behavior, identify optimization opportunities, and enable personalized, measurable, and impactful marketing experiences that strengthen both customer satisfaction and shareholder returns.

Key Accountabilities

  • Measure marketing effectiveness across all paid and owned channels for TD's business lines, providing an integrated view of performance and ROI.
  • Own projects end-to-end (E2E) from scoping and requirements gathering to data engineering, modeling, insights, and visualization.
  • Act as a strategic consultant, delivering value-added insights, storytelling, and actionable recommendations for website personalization and campaign optimization.
  • Work with large-scale datasets across various stages of the customer journey and leverage advanced analytics tools such as Python, PySpark, Databricks, Power BI, and SQL to deliver best-in-class analytics solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of business objectives and data ecosystems, translating complex business problems into clear, data-driven solutions.
  • Exhibit exceptional storytelling - translating analytical findings into compelling narratives that influence senior stakeholders.
  • Apply a data science mindset, grounded in causal impact, experimentation, and hypothesis-driven problem solving to drive marketing innovation and accountability.

  • Ability to write efficient, optimized code for processing large datasets in PySpark and SQL.
  • Strong project management discipline, ensuring deliverables are on time, accurate, and impactful.
  • Collaborative team player with the independence and accountability to execute autonomously.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in an analytics role, including A/B testing, website analytics, attribution modeling, regression analysis, and/or machine learning - ideally in financial services, telecom, or other high-volume direct marketing industries
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Proven track record of execution, problem-solving, and measurable business impact.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in large-scale data processing and advanced programming with PySpark, SQL, and Databricks.
  • Deep expertise in marketing analytics across digital and owned media channels is an asset
  • Strong technical foundation and ability to scale analytical solutions efficiently.
