CO Salary Range: USD 19.51 - 25.61 per hour

We trust that as a Marketing Assistant you will: (responsibilities)

  • Generate engaging content relevant to the communities, homebuyers and Realtors
  • Assist the Marketing Manager with digital projects related to the communities' marketing and events
  • Maintain Blog with minimum of 2 posts per week
  • Assist with the creation of the builder newsletter once per month
  • Take photos, conduct area research and manage the gathering of information to support the communities' digital strategy
  • You are willing to perform other duties as assigned

About you:

  • Experience writing blogs, web copy or news
  • Ability to work occasional weekend days or evenings to cover events
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Some customer service or retail experience working in a customer-facing role preferred

Will have responsibilities such as:

  • This position is considered a non-exempt position for purposes of wage-hour law, which means that you will be required to keep a time record and will be eligible for overtime pay.

  • Report to Division/Corporate Office/Community daily and adhere to schedule

  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and move around work environment as needed
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle if applicable
  • Comply with company policies and procedure

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
  • The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

*Taylor Morrison experience and/or successful completion of training program may override required education and/or experience requirement.
