What You'll Do

  • Work with corporate marketing creative team to maintain brand signage and collateral templates
  • Help develop marketing corridors through off-site signage plans and coordination with Taylor Morrison for-sale counterparts
  • Assist Marketing leadership with ordering, coordinating and installation of community signage
  • Administer collateral as needed and maintain all collateral supplies including but not limited to, brochures, flyers, leasing office displays, floor plans, site maps and promotional materials
  • Schedule and gather visual assets to include photography, art, virtual tours, etc.
  • Provide various administrative supports to Marketing leadership on a daily basis including coding and processing of invoices and vendor set ups
  • Act as liaison to third-party marketing-related agencies and vendors as assigned
  • Assist with follow-ups related to community interest lists and lead nurture programs
  • Maintain and organize project files, budgets, spreadsheets and other project resources as required
  • Assist with the production, planning and staffing of external and internal special projects and events
  • Collaborate with leasing partners regarding traffic reports, leasing office installation and other field items
  • Interface as needed with Divisional staff to provide community marketing updates
  • Manage FF&E programming and contracts for leasing centers and amenities
  • Perform other duties as assigned

You might be just who we're looking for if you have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field; or 1-2 years of marketing experience
  • You are proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications as well as have savvy computer skills
  • You are proficient in Adobe Acrobat
  • You are a strong in communication skills both oral and written as well as strong in organization skills
  • You are customer service oriented and believe the customer is the number one priority
  • You understand the need to be flexible and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines
  • You are open to a hybrid work schedule involving some days in the office and others working from home

FLSA Status: Exempt

Will have responsibilities such as:

  • Office or non-manual work, which is directly related to management or general business operations
  • Act as a primary component of which involves the exercise of independent judgment and discretion about matters of significance

  • Report to Division/Corporate Office/Community daily and adhere to schedule
  • Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device
  • Ability to have face to face conversations with customers, co-workers and higher level manager
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and move around work environment as needed
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle if applicable
  • Comply with company policies and procedure

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
  • The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

*Taylor Morrison experience and/or successful completion of training program may override required education and/or experience requirement.
