About the Job:

The Senior Mobile Developer II is responsible for designing and building advanced applications for the iOS platforms. Looking for a highly qualified candidate with a tremendous opportunity to develop digital consumer experiences and drive innovation based on our eCommerce platform. As a Lead Mobile Developer, you will be responsible for the overall way in which we design and develop mobile applications. Working closely with our growing team, you will bring our mobile product vision to life through native and framework driven expertise. This role, you’ll collaborate with product, UI/UX, engineering and outside vendors to develop high functioning software.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and build to meet business/functional requirements.
  • Unit-test code for functional stability, performance, usability, and general reliability.
  • Provide consultative direction to the development team, and enforce best practices and standards.
  • Collaborate w/ Test team and participate in the quality validation of Mobile App code.
  • Provide and update requisite documentation related to Mobile App(s) architecture/code.
  • Champion code quality, reusability, scalability and security and drive strategic software architecture decisions
  • Mentor software engineers utilizing proven design patterns and your experience building large scale public facing software

Is This You?

  • 5+ years of enterprise iOS (Swift) experience in development across multiple Apps and/or releases
  • BS degree in Computer Science, engineering or related field (preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in front-end Mobile App technologies (i.e. Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit)
  • Strong understanding of UI design patterns (i.e., MVVM), native capabilities, device and operating system variabilities, and mobile development best practices.
  • DevOps methodologies and use of Atlassian tools suite (i.e. JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins, GIT)
  • Experience with secure applications development (OWASP Top 10, PCI, PII)
  • Working knowledge of databases (i.e. MySQL) and 3rd party integration (esp. w/ Akamai CDN, caching)
  • Experience with mobile-specific functionality, i.e. location, push notifications, and cross-app interaction and ability to troubleshoot/analyze Mobile application issues
  • Experience implementing third-party SDKs on iOS (Social Media, Google, Dynatrace, etc.)

Salary Range: ­­$­­115,100 to $163,790 annually + bonus eligibility + equity (if applicable) + benefits
