About the Job:

As a Manager, Digital Customer Analytics, you will be at the forefront of driving insights that elevate our customer experiences within the digital realm. Your primary focus will be on leveraging data to enhance engagement, conversion, and the overall path to purchase for our valued customers along with channel trends tracking, attribution modeling, and digital experiences effectiveness. By delving deep into customer behaviors and digital marketing growth initiatives, you will uncover valuable insights that inform strategic decision-making and drive impactful outcomes. You will help develop our digital customer data strategy and roadmap; and establish new processes with cross-functional partners to embed data-driven decision-making and testing into Taco Bell’s Digital Org culture. The Manager, Digital will report to the Director, Digital and lead a team.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Team Leadership: Lead a team focused on Digital Customer Analytics, Digital Product-centric Analytics and data management practices to maintain data integrity and reliability.
  • Cross-functional partnership: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify data use cases and inform the right data architecture, ensuring seamless integration of data insights into marketing strategies and initiatives, driving alignment between analytics efforts and business goals.
  • Digital customer Insights and Analytics: Analyze complex data sets and extract actionable insights. Evaluate campaign performance metrics, digital A/B test results, and digital customer behavior to identify key business and customer trends using advanced analytics techniques to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Strategic Data Guidance: Ensure data structure and collection methods align with business objectives. Develop and communicate best practices for data management and utilization, ensuring data quality and consistency. Develop a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for revamping and scaling our analytics tech stack. Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and tools to enhance analytics capabilities in support of customer activation.
  • Dashboard Development: Hand on keyboard in the development and maintenance of digital dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into campaign performance, digital customer metrics and attribution across channels through customized dashboards and reports to meet the specific needs of stakeholders, facilitating data-driven decision-making and optimization efforts.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Provide timely and relevant ad-hoc analyses to address key business questions and challenges by utilizing advanced analytical techniques to uncover insights and opportunities for optimization, supporting agile decision-making and continuous improvement.

Is This You?

  • Bachelor’s degree (or MBA) in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative discipline; or equivalent years of experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in similar digital analytics role.
  • Experience with Digital Analytics Platform, ideally Amplitude, personalization tools, tag management solutions, and testing tools. Intermediate SQL skills.
  • Effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders about customer-centricity and data-driven strategy
  • High level of analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Able to think, plan, and execute resourcefully across multiple projects.
  • Able to interact with senior management, work independently, and work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, insights generation, presentations, data-storytelling

Salary Range: ­­$­­118,500 to $168,960 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
