About the Job:

The Junior Analyst, Digital is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and growth of our delivery channels and drives impact across the Taco Bell business through extensive tactical ownership and project coordination. With this role, the opportunities are endless: assisting in creating breakthrough marketing programs, gaining exposure to various levels of internal and external leadership, participating in local and national menu innovation tests, and more. Junior Analyst, Digital will report to Manager, Digital Delivery. 

The Day-to-Day:

• Assist the Senior Digital Analyst with day-to-day executional tasks to maintain an up-to-date presence on third party aggregators (DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub), aligning with both Delivery & National calendar plans. 
• Responsible for updating Monday.com, Delivery Excel Calendar, and promo threads with finalized promotions, in addition to any following adjustments.  
• Coordinate compilation and distribution of weekly/biweekly aggregator meeting notes, competitive insights research, internal bulletins, and ad hoc reporting, in partnership with applicable internal parties (e.g., Senior Digital Analyst, Insights & Analytics, Finance, Digital Channel Leads, etc.). 
• Support the drafting of delivery promo creative briefs, routes designated promotional creative to key partners for feedback to ensure end-to-end brand consistency and execution and assists with creative reviews with external partners for promotions, including support for larger campaigns. 
• Coordinate planning and logistics of (biannual and/or quarterly) executive business reviews for all aggregators.  
• Support Manager in partnering with internal cross-functional departments to assist in creating breakthrough, culture-leading digital delivery marketing programs. 

Is This You?

• Bachelor’s Degree required 
• At least 2 years of marketing experience as an Associate Analyst or Project Coordinator  
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills 
• Strong ability to work independently and multi-task in a complex, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities 
• Proficient in MS 365, namely Excel, PowerPoint, and Word 
• Experience in digital business, delivery aggregator, and / or franchised business a plus

Salary Range: ­­$70,4000 to $90,000 annually + bonus eligibility + equity (if applicable) + benefits
