About the Job:

The Taco Bell Foundation Experiential Marketing Manager plays a key role in the Foundation’s success and works closely aligned with the Taco Bell Internal Corporate Event’s Team. While this is a Tairco Bell Foundation position reporting to the Foundation’s Head of Marketing and Communications, they will have accountability to the Corporate Events Team to ensure Taco Bell brand alignment and impact at all Taco Bell Corporate Meetings and Activations.

This position will collaborate with the Taco Bell Foundation programs and development departments, to deliver experiences that drive impact.

This position will help imagine, plan and execute inspiring events and activations that engage and bring the Taco Bell Foundation’s mission to life. With this role, the opportunities are endless. From national franchisee gatherings to youth scholarship celebrations and digital experiences, you’ll help create meaningful experiences that delight and engage donors, team members, scholars and Taco Bell fans.

The Day-to-Day:

    • Lead the creative translation of vision into impactful TBF brand experiences by shaping and delivering high-profile Foundation events and activations—spanning physical and digital formats such as franchisee gatherings, golf tournaments, product and campaign launches, internal celebrations, Taco Bell Corporate staff engagement initiatives, and community impact events. Drive the end-to-end project lifecycle from strategic concept development through flawless execution, ensuring every activation reflects brand purpose and advances organizational goals. Oversee comprehensive project management, including timeline creation and tracking, stakeholder alignment, vendor negotiations, budget oversight, registration systems, creative asset coordination, run-of-show development, logistics planning, shipping, and post-event evaluations—bringing together teams, resources, and ideas to deliver exceptional experiences that resonate and inspire emotional connection to the Taco Bell Foundation.
    • Lead Strategy and Tactical Execution. Collaborate with cross-functional senior leadership, internal teams, and external partners to set direction, negotiate, and incorporate feedback, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment while driving initiatives from concept to completion.
    • Influence and Manage Stakeholders and Vendors. Manage external vendors and cross-functional internal departments to ensure all event and activation elements are aligned with the event vision, Taco Bell Foundation mission, and delivers on goals. This includes managing programmatic content with the Taco Bell Foundation marketing and program teams, as well as sourcing and managing relationships with outside vendors, executives and other partners to deliver on objectives.
    • Be Detail Oriented and Financially Savvy. Manage event expenses, vendor coordination, invoices and payments with finance partners; oversee ordering, inventory, and organization of Foundation-branded materials and assets; maintain internal files, schedules, process documentation, and post-event reports.
    • Drive Action & Impact. Transform the Taco Bell Foundation events into experiences that tell an impactful story. Collaborate with content, communications, and programs teams to convey the Foundation brand through signage, visuals, scripts, ambiance and stage content while also ensuring event photos and content is captured for brand storytelling.

Is This You?

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience. Marketing, communications, event management, or related field, preferred
  • At least 4-6 years of professional experience in event planning and strategy, or brand/experiential marketing.
  • Creative with the ability to come up with unique, memorable and impactful event ideas.
  • Problem-Solving abilities. Being able to quickly and effectively solve problems and adapt to unexpected challenges is a must.
  • Communication skills, you will need to communicate clearly and effectively with donors, vendors, executives and project team members to ensure everyone is on the same page.
  • Negotiation Skills. You will need to negotiate contracts, prices and terms with vendors that lower the cost of events.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: ability to understand budgeting, cost control and financial management.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines and details simultaneously.
  • Positive, flexible, and the ability to handle stress and pressure calmly and professionally is essential.
  • Customer Service: ability to provide excellent customer service to build a positive reputation for the Taco Bell Foundation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Team); experience with project management tools like Monday a plus.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a bonus but not required.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% for event execution and site visits (includes some evenings and weekends).

Salary Range: ­­$86,300 to $90,000 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
