Senior Salesforce Developer/Architect
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer/Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce expert, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform (Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud). Focus Areas
- Develop Salesforce solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and architects, to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. Design, develop, test, and implement custom applications and enhancements using Apex, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Technical leadership: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior developers and team members. Serve as a subject matter expert in Salesforce development best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and features, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Solution architecture: Work closely with business stakeholders to analyse complex business requirements and design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions. Create technical designs, data models, and integration architectures that align with business objectives and ensure high performance and maintainability.
- Integration and data management: Design and implement data migration strategies, integration solutions, and ETL processes to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and external systems. Collaborate with integration teams to configure and manage Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and platforms.
- Testing and deployment: Develop and execute comprehensive unit tests, integration tests, and system tests to ensure the quality and stability of Salesforce solutions. Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards to maintain high-quality codebase. Deploy changes and releases to production and support the release management process.
- Troubleshooting and support: Provide ongoing production support, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform root cause analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems, optimize system performance, and enhance user experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Extensive experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on developing complex custom applications and integrations.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, data model, security model, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions, considering integration and data management requirements.
- Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, are highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
